Best of the Wurst is a family-run flavour journey!
We bring the taste of Germany to Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and beyond with our sizzling bratwurst sausage, cheese kransky, juicy pork knuckle, and loaded chips stacked with fresh, local ingredients. Every dish is crafted for maximum flavour and a true foodie experience.
Since kicking off in 2022, we’ve grown to two food trucks that pop up at markets, festivals, private events, and street corners near you. Whether it’s a quick bite or a full feast, we’ve got you covered.
Prepared in our Brisbane City Council–approved 5-star commercial kitchen and cooked fresh on the grill, our food is all about quality you can taste. Add in our friendly team and great vibes, and you’ve got the recipe for an unforgettable meal.
