We are a small family-owned business operating in the mobile food service industry. Our food truck and trailer offer more than just a quick stop for "Bratwurst", we bring the grilled gourmet Wurst experience to the streets.
Our sausages are gluten-free and grilled without pre-boiling. We use the best Wurst in Southeast Queensland, made with the highest quality Australian meat and European flavours. We also offer a vegan option for our customers.
