We are a family-owned small business operating in the mobile food service industry. Our food truck and trailer offer more than just "Bratwurst", we bring you the best Gourmet Food experience.

Our sausages are gluten-free and grilled without pre-boiling. We use the finest Wurst in Southeast Queensland, made with the highest quality Australian meat and European flavours. Additionally, we offer a vegan option for our customers.

Don’t miss out on our juicy, tender pork knuckle, aromatic currywurst, and freshly baked large pretzels – all packed with authentic flavour and guaranteed to satisfy.
